Hello, I’m Derek Dominguez. Born and raised in Plainview, Texas, I’m a proud West Texas native now representing clients throughout Lubbock and the South Plains. With a degree in Digital Marketing from Wayland Baptist University and a background in real estate, I bring a creative, modern perspective to how properties are positioned, marketed, and represented.

I believe great representation is built on three things: preparation, professionalism, and personal connection. My approach combines strategic marketing and creative thinking with clear communication and genuine relationships, giving my clients a thoughtful advocate throughout the process.

Whether representing a property or helping a client make their next move, my goal is simple: provide an experience that feels personal, intentional, and exceptionally well-managed from beginning to end.

And yes, I may be the Short Realtor—but when it comes to my clients, I stand tall.
