SADDLE CLUB RANCH ESTATES

Saddle Club Estates is a prestigious subdivision on the South side of Lubbock with luxury homes.  It is located on the South side of 2100 County Road and on the west side of Highway 87 (Woodrow Road) and is in Lubbock-Cooper ISD.  First homes were completed in Saddle Club Estates in 2008 and new homes are still being built.  Home sizes are generally over 3,000 square feet and range up to over 10,000 square feet. Just down the street is Lubbock Cooper High school and elementary school.
