Andrea Sturdivant

Andrea is the founder and Broker/Owner of L3 BROKERS. She is a native West Texan. ~ She attended Texas Tech University, and enjoys living in the Lubbock area and raising her family here. She is known for being professional and trustworthy. ~ Her clients love her friendly and patient manner, and her attention to detail.  She has been a part of the Real Estate community for many years and is very active in the Lubbock Association of Realtors, serving on the Board Of Directors and various committees, and she graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program in October 2021.

 

Andrea has been an entrepreneur and innovator her whole career, thinking outside the box and approaching situations and challenges from a fresh perspective. She’s not afraid to look at big ideas and industry concerns and new niches in the market, to help better serve her clients and colleagues and community. Her strong sense of community is shown through her volunteer efforts at the Lubbock Area United Way, Susan G Komen, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity. She is passionate about Real Estate, and has the experience and expertise to advocate for her clients and lead her team of Agents at L3 BROKERS with integrity and commitment to excellence.
