About the Neighborhood
Kingsgate is a well established subdivision between Quaker, Memphis, 82nd, and 98th Street. Most homes were built in the 80's with some in 90's and a few after 2000. A nice park with a playa lake is centrally located and has a walking/jogging trail, playground equipment, and covered picnic areas. Located within Lubbock ISD.
