RUSHLAND PARK

Rushland Park Subdivision, or Rush as it is commonly called, is a well established luxury subdivision with large trees and well developed landscapes.  It is located between 4th Street, 19th Street, Quaker Avenue and Toledo. It is in a prime location for professors and medical doctors with Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University, University Medical Center, Covenant Hospital, and even the Heart Hospital are all within minutes.  The new United Market Street Grocery store is located at the corner of 19th and Quaker. Building in Rushland Park began in the 1970’s and homes are unique and custom built by a variety of builders.
