VERRADO ESTATES

Verrado Estates is a subdivision on the west side of Lubbock with luxury homes on a minimum 1 acre lots.  It is located on the north side of 50th Street and on the west side of Highway 179 (Dowden Road) and is in Frenship ISD.  First homes were completed in Verrado Estates in 2008 and new homes are still being built.  Home sizes are generally over 3,000 square feet and range up to over 10,000 square feet.
